Course Overview
Understanding and effectively managing cultural differences are critical to working, communicating, and transferring knowledge in multi-cultural and international business environments. Cultural Intelligence, or CQ, measures your capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. Graduates will gain tools and strategies to improve their intercultural competence and increase their cultural intelligence for the workplace. Discover frameworks for understanding the ways in which cultures differ, how these cultural differences impact on organizations, and how they may affect the transfer of communication among people.
With the knowledge gained in this course, you will develop a deeper understanding of intercultural competence and methods of increasing cross-cultural intelligence.
