Ticket information

• Each graduate is eligible to request up to 3 free guest tickets for your friends and family to join you on this special day. Lap-sitting infants and toddlers do not require their own ticket. 
• You must request your guest tickets by June 9.
• Before you can receive your guest tickets, you must be approved to attend the convocation ceremony.  Any remaining tickets will be released a couple days before Convocation.
• To make things simple, we will send you one ticket via email that includes a barcode for all your guests. You can easily forward the ticket to your guests to use at the door. Keep in mind that only students may request tickets. 
• There will be no assigned seating at the venue. Guests will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask that all guests are seated in the auditorium at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure a smooth and timely event.
• Graduates do NOT require a ticket to attend Convocation.  

 

Order additional guest tickets

• After the June 9 deadline, graduates may put in a request to obtain extra tickets, if there are any remaining. More information on additional guest tickets will released later this spring.
• Due to strict fire regulations, we have a limited amount of tickets available. We want to ensure each graduate has an equal opportunity to invite their closest guests before releasing any remaining tickets. Please note that all ceremonies will be live streamed for any friends or family members that are unable to attend.
