Course Overview

Data querying and processing skills can increase your productivity by improving accuracy and reliability. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to enhance your data science expertise through improved data processing skills in Python. Graduates of this course will be able to use Python programming language and python packages for data science. Graduates will also be able to use SQL, Pandas (Python library), and concepts in data processing and transformations. You will graduate with practical, hands-on experience in Spark (pySpark), a common framework for processing large amounts of data. Upon successful completion of this course, you will use data querying and processing tools and be able to implement a data pipeline.

It is recommended that you complete CCTB461 - Introduction to Data Science before enrolling in this course.
