OneCard
The OneCard office is open for in-person services at CAT180N.
Mandatory Photo Upload: All staff and students must upload a photo. Further details on card pickup will be provided in your photo approval email.
Replacement Cards: If you need a replacement card and already have a photo on file, you can pick up your new card on campus (view location and hours).
U-Pass Eligibility: If you're eligible for a U-Pass, you must register your OneCard before using it for transit. Please complete this process whenever you receive a new or replacement card.

Your OneCard is your official NAIT identification card, and it also allows you to add funds to use at eat AT NAIT and shop AT NAIT locations and wherever OneCards are accepted.

Deposit funds for a student
Parents, friends or third-parties can make deposits on behalf of students by visiting the Parental Deposit page. Funds can be deposited to student cards using debit or credit card. Parents will require the student ID number and date of birth to deposit funds.
A receipt will be sent to the email address entered on the payment page upon successful completion of a deposit. Parents will not be able to withdraw funds once deposited, nor will they have access to financial statements, card balances or transaction history.

Cardholder Agreement
OneCard holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their cards. By using the OneCard, cardholders accept the terms and conditions of the OneCard cardholder agreement.
