Medical Radiologic Technologists (MRTs) are leaders and team members in the healthcare system. They commit to continuous professional learning and dissemination of knowledge to improve outcomes and quality of care for patients. In this course, students will explore quality management in healthcare settings as well as the foundation of teams, teamwork, and leadership in healthcare. Students will conduct scholarly inquiry in clinical settings and lead efforts to improve evidence-informed practice and healthcare outcomes.
